Purpose of the Search Team:
A pastor search team is a group of church members elected or appointed to act on behalf of the church congregation to identify, interview and recommend the next senior pastor. Their primary goal is to build a pastoral profile, screen candidates, and ultimately present a single, unifying recommendation to the church for a vote.

Projected Timeline
June 28 & July 5 - Communicate the nomination process during the Sunday morning worship service.
July 12 - After prayerful consideration, active Calvary church members will write in the nominees on their ballot.
July 15 - Calvary's Transition Leadership Team (TLT) will review, cross reference with membership, age, ministry and pray over all nominees.
August 2 - Target date to announce the Pastoral Search Team to the church in the morning worship service.
